World famous & Brisbane institution, Campos Coffee has opened their flagship cafe & roastery beneath Cavcorp's latest landmark development, Lucent Gasworks, situated in the heart of Newstead. 

makimaki was engaged to deliver the solid timber components & furniture for the 500-sqm space designed by Scott Petherick of SP Studio. 

Its bold & carefully considered design is warm & welcoming with solid timber heavily featured throughout.  

Working in conjunction with renowned shopfitter OJ Kitchens, makimaki was tasked with producing refined furniture pieces made robust enough to endure a commercial environment. The workflow was seamless sharing templates to then be cut with CNC technology to ensure an error free & perfect fit for each component. 

makimaki delivered on budget and on schedule, no mean feat given the tight deadline & high expectations of a benchmark brand.
