CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel your order please email us as soon as possible referencing your order number. We will endeavour to accommodate where we can, but depending on where your piece is in the production schedule this may not be possible or may incur a fee.
FAULTY GOODS
While every care is taken to deliver the highest quality product made as durable as possible, timber is a natural product & can have inherent unique characteristics such as knots, sapwood, colour grain inconsistencies. These are not considered faults or defects and no return or refund is offered for these characteristics. Timber and polyurethane finish is subject to unavoidable deterioration over time. The speed of which is increased when subjected to the elements - water, sun/ UV exposure, long periods of overly humid or dry conditions.
DELIVERY
Additional delivery charges may be incurred if difficult access considerations have not been disclosed prior to delivery and require disassembly, additional labour or specialist equipment. These access considerations are narrow door and hallways, tight corners, steep and winding stair wells, lifts, multiple flights of stairs or any other confined space. If in doubt, please get in touch prior to ordering.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
makimaki Furniture does not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect items purchased. If you are unsure, please get in touch to discuss designs, materials & sizes. We can post timber samples or arrange an appointment to show and discuss in person.
