Minicon approached makimaki to design & manufacture timber bench seats for Aria Property's latest multi-residential development, Upper House, on a tight deadline.

We adapted the on-paper design into a manufacturable product that maintained the visual design intent of the renders while meeting the demanding time frames.

The result, simple yet elegant bench seats made from pre-aged timber, fit for purpose, durable with a timeless aesthetic.

The bench seats were installed at Upper House on time and within budget. The client was extremely happy with the results, these seats will soon be a popular gathering place for residents & visitors alike.
