The Glen Hotel is more than just one of Brisbanes most iconic and highly awarded pubs, it’s a vital community hub for Eight Mile Plains. In fact it’s owned and operated by the Fitzgibbons, who have been a passionate part of the local community since 1960.

It’s with this long standing reputation that unpinned the importance of a significant facelift both cosmetically and in their gastronomic offering.

makimaki was engaged to deliver solid Blackbutt timber furniture & steel table frames for the newly added ‘Lily Restaurant’, an airy space serving up seasonal modern Australian cuisine.
